Tsogo Sun Ltd is a gaming and entertainment group that owns and manages a portfolio of casinos.\r\n\r\nAs of 31 March 2024, the group managed a portfolio of 14 casinos and entertainment destinations in 6 provinces of South Africa. Galaxy operates and manages 26 sites including 17 Bingo sites with EBTs, 7 sites with EBTs and LPMs, one ISO with 40 LPMs and 1 casino, 1,410 VSlots limited pay-out machines (LPM) sites with 6,485 machines across all provinces; theatres, cinemas, with over 70 restaurants and bars and over 60 operated conference and banqueting facilities. Tsogo Sun Ltd also operates two online betting platforms, playTSOGO and bet.co.za. The websites are accessible via desktop or mobile, offering customers an online betting anywhere within South Africa. Galaxy Bingo offers gaming sites in six provinces, predominantly located at shopping centres at leased premises. VSlots offers LPMs in all provinces of the country, predominantly located in bars, restaurants, hotels and bookmaker sites.
