Oando PLC is an integrated energy solutions provider, operating in the upstream, midstream and downstream activities predominately in West Africa.\r\n\r\nThe group\'s main operations include two companies:\r\n• Oando Energy Resources Ltd with a portfolio of oil and gas assets in Nigeria and Sao Tome & Principe holding interests in 14 licenses for the exploration, development as well as the production of oil and gas concessions. Oando Energy Resources currently produce 40,188 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd)\r\n• Oando Trading Ltd, a downstream operation which traded over 14 million barrels of crude oil under various contracts with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) as well as delivering 739,876 MT of refined products
