Construction is anticipated to commence in H1 CY2024, funding dependent.\r\n• Makhado Project (67%) - Located at Soutpansberg Coalfield, Limpopo province, produces steelmaking hard coking coal through opencast mining, has 31 employees (650 expected when in full production), and has 344.8 mineable tonnes in situ.\r\n• Greater Soutpansberg Project (comprises Chapudi, Generaal and Mopane Projects, for which mining rights have been granted) (74%) - Located at Soutpansberg Coalfield, Limpopo province, produces coking and thermal coal through opencast and underground mining and has an estimated 1 billion mineral tonnes in situ. Currently, the project is in early-stage exploration.\r\n• Uitkomst Colliery (84%) - Located at Utrecht Coalfield, KwaZulu-Natal, produces steelmaking (pulverised coal injection) and API4 thermal coal through underground operation with planned life-of-mine (LoM) extension, has 552 employees and has 22.2 mineable tonnes in situ.
