Resilient REIT Ltd is a real estate investment trust which invests directly and indirectly in regional malls and shopping centres in South Africa and Nigeria, and in locally listed and offshore property-related assets. All asset management functions are housed within the company and its subsidiaries with the day-to-day management of retail centres outsourced to the property managers, namely Broll Property Group (Pty) Ltd and JHI Retail (Pty) Ltd.\r\n\r\nAs of 31 December 2023, the group\'s property portfolio was valued at R30.5bn and comprised: \r\n• South Africa - 37 properties (including land) with a gross lettable area of 1,160,908 square metres, and some land holdings valued at R27.0bn.\r\n• Nigeria - 3 retail properties with a gross lettable area of 29,848 square metres and valued at R536.0m.\r\n• France - 4 retail properties with a gross lettable area of 149,091 square metres and valued at R2.92m.
